Hi,

Our datafeed system will be experiencing some changes shortly, you will no longer be allowed to retrieve multiple datafeeds in remote call (this does not include the manual download or affiliate interface). Unfortunately we have had to make this change due to server issues, please ensure you change any scripts as of 12am tonight. 

Just to clarify - you are able to download feeds after one another, i.e. using separate calls, but you are not able to download several feeds within one request.

This note was sent out to Affiliate Window affiliates after 6pm last night adving of overnight changes to the way affiliates would be allowd to download feeds.

If you have applications that collect feeds from multiple merchants in a single request, then you will need to revisit your application. It is unclear from the note whether such a request will fail or instead will serve only the first merchant featured.

In any event. it looks like you will need to revise your application to make multiple requests on a per merchant basis.

I suspect that most affiliates have opted to collect and process feeds on a per merchant basis, but some will have been caught out by the short notice on this email and will need to modify their set up to feature all the merchants that they did previously.
